This company and sunrun, is the worst companies ever out there for solar. We've had nothing but problems since day one the install was terrible. Now the unit, has gone bad or broken and they won't even come out. And fix it, I've reached out to both companies and they refused to do anything about it. And they call themselves customer service so sad. Don't even waste your money with this company.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY LIE, LIE, LIE, LIE. SLEAZY LIKE CAR SALES MEN. BEEN WAITING FOR SO LONG ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY DECIDED ON THEIR OWN TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER EVERYTHING WAS SIGNED. AND EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. TERRIBLE! RUN!!!!
I had a great experience.. I believe the crew name was Arcona. They came right on time, friendly, respectful, and polite. I was very impressed with the efficiency and timeframe they worked in.
