This company is a scammer, they are charging me even though my panels are not working. I have been trying to contact this company for a year and they have not answered. I advise everyone who is thinking of doing a panel project with this company to look for one that is more serious and more responsible with its clients. It is frustrating that they want to charge you for something that does not even whistle or is working. BAD SERVICE. It is a very bad business. They charge me for the FPL AND THE PANELS.

I purchased my home 2020 and later that that year i singed up to get solar with freedom/sunrun. My roof was installed 2018 so therefore i was not expecting any roof issues. Later that year my solar panels were installed, I immediately started seeing the savings in my FPL however it only lasted 4 months now my light bill is as high as the sunrun monthly bill. *GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY* Unfortunately, not even a year into having the panels, in June the system was not working. Today is August 18th and the system is still not working. 2 months the system is down and I have not had a single person come to my house to fix the issue, I have been paying enfin monthly for the panels and FPL my full electric bill. This company and sunrun, is the worst companies ever out there for solar. We've had nothing but problems since day one the install was terrible. Now the unit, has gone bad or broken and they won't even come out. And fix it, I've reached out to both companies and they refused to do anything about it. And they call themselves customer service so sad. Don't even waste your money with this company.
