Terrible company I do not recommend. Just like the other reviews state, they sell you some lies to get you to sign up with them but once you do, they forget about you and you can’t even get into contact with anyone. They kept delaying putting my panels on and once they did, they said they were gonna contact my electric company and I’d be good to go. Very bad, it's been 3 months for an irrigation pump replacement and there's no deadline, and if I don't ask, nobody informs me. The person who sold it to me seems like it doesn't exist.
Unprofessional. They keep illegally calling me and illegally soliciting. I never gave them consent. I have asked to be removed from their calling list a dozen times.
My experience with Freedom Forever has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. The promises made during the sales process did not reflect the reality after signing. Once the contract was finalized, communication became inconsistent, timelines were unclear, and accountability was lacking. Beware! If your system needs service, (and mine did after three years)Freedom Forever service will leave you on hold anywhere from a half hour to an hour( if you don’t hang up in frustration). I do not recommend this company. My system is three years old and does not work. Freedom Forever sent the service team out and they told me 11 of my 23 solar panels had bad optimizers.
