While traveling through the Utah mountains on I-70 we developed a hot transmission dash indication. We were referred to Freedom Ford by a local shop (K&K Auto) off the freeway. Freedom Ford Service Manager Ben Mills took us in immediately and put a tech on our 2018 Expedition while we waited. They scanned for service codes and determined we had an overfilled transmission issue. We were back on the road in about one hour. Best dealer customer service I’ve experienced. Thanks.
