This is 2nd truck I have purchased from Freedom Ford , Each truck has been a real pleasure to purchase . They are very considerate of my time . I test drove each vehicle, choose which one I would like to purchase , Returned to Freedom Ford when papers and vehicle were both ready , signed papers and left with new vehicle , They are good and very professional, I spent about 15 minutes signing papers and picking up vehicle each time . They went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of & that our vehicle was in great condition before delivering to us 3+ hours away!
Wonderful! Very helpful and courteous! Caden and our finance manager did an awesome job of getting me in a truck! Caden world diligently to find the vehicle that had the features I wanted. The finance manager ( I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was very helpful in explaining all documents I had to sign. We have used Freedom Ford for a few years and have always been happy with the service we received.
Easy experience buying a truck! Great place & people! Not pushy at all. In & out of the dealership in a fair amount of time. I would return there. All around great dealership!!
