Love it here! Freedom Ford is a 3rd generation Family owned and operated dealership located in Beacon. We strive on Customer Satisfaction and great sales, service and parts specials. Stop in 6 days a week Monday-Saturday!
Wonderful Service I am not sure what the other reviewer is talking about because not only have I purchased a vehicle from here but I always took it and my other vehicle here that I did not purchase from them. The prices were typical for a dealership and they always keep the promise of when it would be ready. Great purchase price on vehicles as well.
Service dept not so good I never bought a car from here, but took my ford to be serviced for a hesitation and horrible gas mileage (12 -15 mpg on a Ford Focus) they said nothing was wrong. Several years later I sold the car to someone who worked at another dealership and they fixed the problem and now get 28-35 mpg. I don't really think that they know what they are doing and they were quite expensive, even for a dealership.
