Spent $25k with Cathy and her crack team making our Smooth Brewed Espresso which was completely botched under her supervision. Now we are in litigation. Perhaps if she paid attention to what was going on vs attempting to nickel and dime us every chance she got we would have a successful production run.

If you read nothing else in this review, understand, do not do business with Freedom Foods. They turned out to be one of the most costly decisions my company has ever made, the yield of product was horrible, and the attitude you get when you ask questions is highly unacceptable. Even worse if you ask intelligent or hard question they just stop talking to you. Multiple times I had to add people back to email chains. I wish there were more stars to give. I don't write reviews - I had to for them. This was the best experience I've ever had with a manufacturer. The facility is state of the art and the people were absolutely amazing. Don't look anywhere else the team at Freedom Foods is INCREDIBLE!

This place prays on young, learning entrepreneurs. You’ll feel Cathy’s energy when you talk to her on the phone. Don’t ignore this bad energy she gives off, it’s your warning sign to run away! They charge you insane fees that they can only get away with charging to unknowing newbies to the co-packing space. In & out charges for pallets should be by the pallet, not by weight.
