So we joined this gym because of the close proximity to our home. Soon after we joined, we inquired about a personal trainer and fortunately they were able to introduce a fabulous individual who was very professional, knowledgeable and worked us into his schedule in the early evening. They were extremely rude when I tried to cancel my membership, and kept saying it was my fault that I had to pay an extra month worth of fees. I was only using the gym for the summer, and I had told them when signing up that I will be cancelling in august. They then proceeded to charge me for the month of august.
