We were excited to find a gym close to home in the Troon area and initially loved the facility — it was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. So we joined this gym because of the close proximity to our home. Soon after we joined, we inquired about a personal trainer and fortunately they were able to introduce a fabulous individual who was very professional, knowledgeable and worked us into his schedule in the early evening. We trained with him for a few months until he was suddenly not employed any longer. They were extremely rude when I tried to cancel my membership, and kept saying it was my fault that I had to pay an extra month worth of fees. I was only using the gym for the summer, and I had told them when signing up that I will be cancelling in august. They then proceeded to charge me for the month of august. I called them multiple times during their staffed hours and was given no response.
