Very clean facility with essentials needed for powerlifting (squat rack, deadlift platform, different types of bars, etc.). Loved that equipment was organized. You can tell a lot of pride and care went into the daily maintenance. Jeremy was amazingly nice and welcoming. I've been to many facilities due to travel and this one hits all the marks. Highly reccomend!
I have never been one to workout on a regular bases but wanted a challenge to get in shape and feel better about myself. Freedom Fitness has GREAT and knowledgeable trainers, plenty of equipment and clean atmosphere. I work with Ashleigh and she won't let me give up!! Highly recommend!
Freedom fitness Cottleville is an awesome place to work out! A lot of people don’t know its there cause it’s tucked behind the urban air on mid River Mall Drive. I train with Ashleigh! She’s awesome and amazing and will kick your butt into shape for sure! All of the trainers that are there are very knowledgeable and friendly and it’s a great place to go
