This is by far the best gym in the area. It is clean, well organized with great equipment, and lots of mirrors for proper form. There’s two full sets of free weights, so many weight and cardio machines, bands, exercise balls, barre and Pilates equipment, TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes, weight racks, punching bag, etc. The new manager, Julia, is awesome. She is so friendly and is a total fitness guru! I highly recommend this gym.

Management makes a difference. Julia is the new manager and as a former gym owner myself, I have the experience to see her positive effects on this location. She was the one who took the initiative to send emails regarding the closure of Cape Haze & inform people in an inviting way. It is obvious to a person who trains professionally, that a seasoned athlete was active in the placement of the additional equipment (many gyms have the wrong types of people place weight equipment....).
