Great local gym with lots of equipment options. Julia, the new manager, is very thoughtful, organized, and knowledgable on all things fitness! and Isabella is always so friendly at the front desk! Love the 24 hour access. Highly recommend this gym!

A very wonderful place to work out. Very inviting. Many wonderful machines to work out on as well as an excellent area for lifting weights. I would recommend freedom fitness Placida to everyone and anyone.

Always very clean. Easy access into the building as well. Rotonda location is very very small, I've left a time or two because it was too crowded. The other location on Placida is much larger. I like this gym.

Don't waste your money! There are too many other gyms that take care of their patrons and facilities to waste your money here. The Cape Haze location is not manned and is constantly without wipes and water. And, since it is not manned with any staff whatsoever, if the app they make you use to get in does not work, you cannot get into the gym. Also, with no staff person, there is no music and the gym equipment is noy maintained. We pay a lot of money to be able to work out here but the owner, not management, seem to care enou... read more
