I took a leap of faith and reached out to Ned on fb. I had been working out regularly pre Covid.... and stopped going to the gym during the pandemic. I decided to finally make my health a priority. I can't say enough about Ned that will capture how incredible he is. Our family met with him, all of us having different goals and needs, and he guided us both together and individually on the best way to start at Freedom Fitness. My daughter is 11 and has been wanting to go to the gym with me. Her and I went together the first time and we both left feeling good. Fantastic gym, great staff, and many varied classes on offer.
Bootcamp was a real challenge to say the least. Niko is an excellent teacher. He cracks jokes to keep you distracted from the tough stuff you’re doing; explains the concepts well; and keeps everyone motivated. He is willing to change things up if you are struggling, but keeps it challenging. Great class, thank you!
