When I first signed up I had mentioned that we move often due to work and was told it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel my membership.. I used this gym for about six months. I double checked about a month ago as well on the cancellation and was told the same thing, no problem. Some of these young girls working the desk have no clue. This was at 5:15 to callalen freedom fitness. She just said hello like , you're suppose to say thank you for calling freedom fitness. Smug snotty clueless entitle teens who have NO work ethic or common sense.
Okay...but overcrowded. Free wieght section is way too crowded. Not enough barbells for benches. Old broken machines...but it's the only gym in the area.
