WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER. I started going a month ago and was having a good time until I noticed a painful pimple on my elbow. It began to hurt and swell. I went to the doctor, and it was a staph infection. The only way I could have gotten it was from doing preacher curls. There should be more signs about wiping down equipment after each use because apparently people don’t know at all.
They need to make this place bigger. Too crowded. Childcare is top notch and all the workers are awesome. Love this gym just wish it was bigger.
My personal trainer Tristian is the greatest.
Good price. Good equipment, plenty of parking.
