I couldn't be more pleased with my personal trainer, Jim Wood, at the Saratoga location of Freedom Fitness. I had a total knee replacement and Jim worked with me after Physical Therapy ended and he honestly helped me more than anyone else at the Physical Therapy clinic. He specializes in training people with special physical needs.
