Wonderful location to do a quick workout and use the amenities. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Jaleyn, at the front desk, went above and beyond in helping me renew my contract and answered all of my questions. Facility is very clean with well-maintained workout equipment. Located in a nice area of the city. I personally use the more private women's only section but everyone is very friendly and welcoming in the main area as well

Guy at front desk tried promoting and told us if we signed up right now , first month was free. No charge. You’d have to cancel a whole 2 weeks ahead of time. Me and my girlfriend both got the free month. We then found out her membership was put on the Platinum contract without the guy informing us. Mine was only standard. $32/month for platinum. This gym is so much better than the Freedom Fitness on Airline! Plates are where they should be, and there are much fewer people with ego problems. I'll drive past the Airline location to come here.

The 24 hour locations are great if you prefer a bit less busy of an atmosphere.
