I have been a member since 1993 and can say without a doubt that they become worse everyday. If you want customer service you MUST go into a branch, because if you call the main number on the site you go to a call center with rude people. Every time it’s nothing but pushback and attitude. It’s like they are trained to not help or encourage you to take your business elsewhere. However when you go in the branch they treat you like gold. This branch is awesome! I'm so excited they are bringing back free checking that I opened an account that I previously closed because of the checking account minimum balance and fees. Very happy to come back!!
Absolutely abhorrent to have nobody at the branch able to answer the phone. You have to call the main number and cannot get a representative. Took 4 tries and two hours to reach someone who could help. Never in my life have I heard of any bank, credit union or business that has no phones answered at any location. Atrocious practice and very, very suspicious behavior. Take your money elsewhere.
