Trash financial institution. They will shut your card off when you're on your way to the airport at 3am because it's late... could be fraud. No after hours support... wait until 10 am when your flights have left to ask them to turn your card back on. The physical cards are also trash and break a month after you het them. Having banked with a few large banks and credit unions in the past, I can confidently say this has been my best experience and I plan to use Freedom First for all my future financial needs. The staff here are always attentive and friendly. Amanda is especially awesome! They remember me and help me with everything I need. I was a novice in the financial world when I sold my home and I got the warmest welcome here. Plus they always keep the lollipops and dog treats stocked. The absolute best!
