This bank phone system is awful even when you request a call back it isn't fast..Also when I got thru to a representative she transfer me and I wait another hour and 1/2 ..

Wish the wait times where shorter on the phone had to go to the bank which is about 20 minutes from me just to dispute some charges on my account
Trash financial institution. They will shut your card off when you're on your way to the airport at 3am because it's late... could be fraud. No after hours support... wait until 10 am when your flights have left to ask them to turn your card back on. The physical cards are also trash and break a month after you het them. Freedom First will lock your card down when you swipe after yhe chip breaks. Constant calling asking to have access to your own money. That's missed meals... 30 minutes on hold.... every single time.
