Freedom First Credit Union Fails time and time and time again to have enough workers in order to respond to their phone calls and customers. Forcing customers to wait for over 5 minutes is Unacceptable, whether on the phone, in the drive-through, or with inside banking. One time they actually had about 20 individuals waiting in line (plus cars outside). They made me, and all of us, stand waiting for 45 minutes - and made me late for my babysitter.
