Mike has always done me right on firearms, ammo, just a nice little shop. I highly recommend them, they are going through some changes so the selection is minimal but not for long. Thanks Mike for being a great friend and always helpful
I've only been in here a few times, but like others are saying they don't have the best customer service. Go to gunslingers they're the best around in Kingsport. Great customer service and good selection of firearms.

Always seems to be closed. Today has a “Gone to Lunch” sign with no return time on the door it’s 1:16pm. In the first 5 minutes I waited 6 other cars pulled up, looked at the sign and left. Loosing ALOT of potential business.
Being fairly new to the area, I pass by the business frequently. The first thing I see is the big sign saying "No loaded firearms". Apparently this firearms dealer doesn't support their customers with concealed carry. Guess I'll pass unless the owners correct me.
