Watch out these people are sheisty! I emailed them the very next day that I started my policy stating I do not want to be a part of this program. The lady said okay. Thank you and then proceeded to call me and told me that they need to transfer me over to customer service. I got transferred and hung up on. I called back today 3 weeks later because a pending transaction's coming out of my account for their program which I do not want to be a part of. Now every time I call I get transferred and it hangs up on me.

The overall program was definitely not worth it. At the start, they explain the program well but don't go over their fees. It seems like an awesome way to fix your debt until you realize they charge you 89 dollars for ever debt they "settle" which is simply them making payment arrangements for a slightly lower amount than what you owe. They also charge 10 for your monthly account which holds your money. If you can, take what you would have put towards their monthly payment and call and settle a debt yourself. Spoke to Debbie who took all my personal information including my social security number and then said she couldn't verify who I was & said she couldn't update my phone number. Stated she couldn't make any changes to the account, but then contradicts herself and says she can take a payment over the phone. Guess what a payment IS a change to the account! DO NOT give these people your personal info because they are not gonna help you anyway! Poor customer service. I willl be moving my account. Never had issues with another fed... read more
