When your liftgate stops working while in the down position, you can't drive it to a repair shop. Luckily, my truck was at my home and not out on a job. I contacted Karl of Freedom Field Repair, and he was able to come out to my house the next morning. When he arrived, he didn't waste anytime getting to work; and the only time he stopped working was to get a drink of water. Got stuck in the middle of nowhere (Sundance, WY) after dark with a tire and airline issue. All the other places only had tire techs and mechanics weren't available until morning. Karl came faster than any other place I've dealt with before and fixed my trailer right up!! Quickly too!! Very nice and professional guy. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're in the area and in need of road side assistance. 😊
