We had a wheel bearing fire on I90 near new underwood SD and limped our camper to box elder loves gas station, we were given Karl’s info at Freedom Field repair by a local tow company. We called about 830pm and spoke to Karl who came on the next morning, evaluated our needs, he called around and had an axle MADE for us and within 6 hours of service call had us back on the road to finish out 1600 mile drive to Indiana. Only place who would even answer on a Sunday afternoon, setup an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I knew I would need parts that likely would need to be ordered. Troubleshooted rig and found what we needed overnight from Michigan. Carl got me able to limp to a better place. Parts came to his business while he finished disassembly then reassembly done by Tues mid afternoon . Great work ethic and thorough attention to details. Will be adding them to my contact list if needed again

We had a moving truck break down while on the road in South Dakota (Traveling from Minnesota), and thankfully we were in the service area of Karl with Freedom Field Repair LLC. From the very first call, Karl went above and beyond. Communicating clearly after hours, walking us through possible fixes remotely, and even recommending another mechanic who was closer.
