We had a fence installed April 2023. For two years we've been trying to get them to come back and fix our gate and the huge holes they made in our driveway blacktop. Now the emails are bouncing back and their website no longer exists. I did call and leave messages, texted also, but zero response. Maybe the lot of bad reviews here about poor service put them put of business? All we want is to get our repair once and for all.
I'd like to warn others who are considering this company. We had them out for a quote in May and they came to our house twice with the incorrect fence. We require a specific fence/height due to HOA which was detailed in our quote. Now months later, we have been told multiple times that the fence was special ordered and will be in "next week." We have paid in full (as the install was scheduled twice but incorrect) and have not received the fence after several months.
We hired Freedom Fence to install a 6-foot privacy fence in our backyard, which had some tricky design challenges. Joe and his team were patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand our needs and provide expert guidance. The installation team, led by Supervisor Jose, did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and ensured a seamless experience. We're thrilled with the final result - a well-built fence that meets our needs.
Paid in full for gates and fence $20,000 in 2022 and still the gate opener has not been installed. Been working 3 years to try to get this completed. No show no calls unless I go in person. Very poor customer service. "Mother Nature" (rain for even 30 minutes in one day) causes them to cancel and not show for many months at a time. Freedom Fence provided excellent customer service, fair pricing, and outstanding work. Communication was awesome. Project supervision was top-notch. Joe, Jim, and Lindsey make a great team, and we couldn’t be happier with our fence.
