Horrible company with the worst customer service you could ever experience. Would not recommend to anyone!
Just going to assume their business has been shut down. I have been trying to contact them since June via phone and email. I have received one email reply at the beginning of July and nothing since. Need my fence repaired and they just completely ignore every request. They installed my fence about a yesr ago and installed the wrong fence, do not recommend.
I had an aluminum fence ordered for my yard. The company was responsive I had to wait for to the weather which is fine. I also had issues with the instal but even that got worked out promptly. From the start the back double gate had issues with the latches. Initially even that was dealt with in a timely manner. WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. WE PUT A DOWN PAYMENT OF $5K IN MAY 2024 AND JUST HAD TO GO TO COURT IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET OUR DEPSOSIT BACK. NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY EVEN SHOWED UP. In May of 2024, after our down payment was made, they showed up and installed half of the fence before we realized they brought the wrong size, not what was quoted. A month after our fence was installed the latch couldn’t close because as the ground settled it was too close together. We started reaching out in April to get it fixed. We were told in May that they would get us scheduled soon. Then radio silence. No returned calls or texts. Still waiting on the repair would not recommend.
