Freedom Fence was responsive, completed our PVC fence installation in a timely manner and did an excellent job (Aaron and his crew). We are 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Freedom Fence.
I recently placed a deposit with this company and was told that materials would take about two weeks to arrive, after which the project would be scheduled. It has now been over a month with no meaningful updates unless I initiated contact. I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to receive a response. I have been waiting for several months to write this review, hoping this company would deal with us in a stand-up fashion, with a degree of ethics that we “old people” used to take for granted. It appears now that they are not going to do that. We chose them because of all the good reviews. In hindsight those reviews were either faked or from very small jobs because our experience is one star at best. Freedom Fence was contracted to restore our Sugar Mill Lakes community fence after the hurricane almost a year ago. They were sporadic in coming back to the job after a some amount of work, and It was very nearly impossible to communicate with them (i.e., would not answer or return calls or respond to letters or texts).
