I gave this company two stars for my fence is still standing after many years that it was installed however their customer service recently is horrible. Yes Francesca the receptionist is nice but, if she does not call you back or respond to emails, what good is it? After numerous calls, messages left to Sal and Francesca, emails sent, no return call. I asked them to fix my door for the fence. It came out a little lousy and not professionally looking (somebody forgot to put the track on the side of the cut panel). I pointed them out and they made it the way it supposed to be! Thank you very much! I am very happy and I highly recommend Freedom Fence to everyone.

There should be an option for no stars. I've had the worst experience with this company. We had our fence put in in Sept after waiting months for a appointment. They hit all my backyard electrical and then the workers tried to cover it up. They didn't even say anything. If it weren't for the pool motor that stopped working we would of never even knew. We had no electricity in our yard for months. Here we are months later and they are still trying to collect the balance after the electrician never finished the job and We have... read more

The best. Used them at 2 different houses. Fence looks great with absolutely no problems.
