Prompt service, ease of payment.
I called them and they came out the next day. I received the quote and agreed to the terms. I was told it would be about 3 weeks I said ok. about a week went by and I decided to call them and found out I wasn't even on the list and they couldn't tell me when they could get to it. So I found another company and it was done in 3 days.
Very professional and efficient. They did a great job!
I couldn’t be more appreciative of Freedom Electric. Called them first thing this morning and they were able to get someone out right away. Jonathan was prompt, courteous, and professional. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour or so. I will definitely call them first if I ever need another electrician.
They were quick to get me on their schedule which I appreciated. They were also very clear in communication on when they were coming. Guys were very nice while here. I will be recommending them and using them in the future!
