We do not recommend Freedom Development, LLC, to build your new home. We were very unhappy with this company’s work. Our new home construction started in June 2019, and the contract said the house should have been completed within 7 months (by January 2020), but it was not. It was supposedly “completed” in May 2020, but with multiple defects, various Florida Building Code violations, and general poor workmanship.
