I recently went to Bupa Dental South Melbourne and I had a very positive experience. The team is very friendly and accommodating with everything. Dr Shivani is an amazing dentist who was very professional with the treatment and provided expert dental advice on my dental concerns. Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant and the procedure was pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Shivani!
Never a problem here. I have a 6 monthly check up and everyone is always great to deal with. Special mention to Debbie Ha, who is without a doubt the best oral health therapist on earth. She is great at her job and just such a wonderful person as well. I look forward to going to the dentist because of her.
I had a really positive orthodontic experience with Dr. James Lailah. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which helped ease my nerves. Had a great clean with Debbie and her assistant Jessie, they are so gentle and professional! And the front desk women are AMAZING
Never completed my Invisalign treatment even though they took over the previous clinic which includes current clients. Followed up with them several times. Withheld my retainers from me, never got my promised whitening service. Poor communication and 0 accountability. Look elsewhere.
