I bought a 2020 trail master mid from them on Thursday May 21st, Less than 2 hours of riding time between Thursday and Friday , and Friday the clutch belt breaks. I call them assuming they will give me a hand getting it fixed since it was still on the same tank of gas they put in it, they wanted to charge me $60 for a 15 minute fix that come to find out was their own fault. whoever put it together put the clutch belt on backwards and did not properly assemble the clutch spring encasement.
