Service, yes. 100%. Garret is a true motorcyclist and he knows his stuff. But sales is a no-no. Saw a specific KTM on their site in the current new inventory tab, physically went there to look at it, and sales guy had no idea what the hell I was talking about. I had to direct him to the actual new-in-stock posting on their own website. He calls up his buddy. No longer in stock.
