I put in a pretty large order about a month in advance. When the deadline came up, I received nothing; no furniture, no text, no phone call. I had to call them multiple times to get a response 3 days later. They said they were running behind and they would get it done the following Tuesday/Wednesday. When the Wednesday came up, once again, no phone call. I called them back again and he said he would get it done before the end of the week. i submitted a order and it was lost/ forgotten about. I contacted them the day i was suppose to pick up my order and they had no idea what i was talking about and said they forgot. they began to work on my order that day and i was suppose to pick it up later that evening. that never happened because of humidity!? then i went the next day and they told me the were having vision issues. excuse after excuse. super disappointed. wouldn't recommend them.

Had 2 plaques ordered in July 2020. Each time I followed up there was an excuse for why it wasn't completed yet and a new deadline for completion. One being, the plaques were sent out, must have gotten lost in the mail...which were going to two seperate destinations. I finally received one of them last month, Mar 2021, and the quality was poor for the price and compared to some of the displayed items. Engraving was illegible.

I put in an order for a wooden American Flag in March. I requested it by the end of April. He had us pay up front, which at the time I was comfortable with because a close friend recommended him. End of April comes around and no phone call. I call him multiple times over the course of a week and he finally answers to say it’s “almost done” even though it’s two weeks late.
