Don't bother living here. First of all, you cannot look at the place before you move in. You have to take their word that it's heaven on earth. The water is shared by the entire unit, they will tell you different. If your vehicle does not fit into the tiny garage, they will ask you if you tried backing it in. What? Visitor parking is terrible. Tell your friends to come in one (small) car. When you vacate, don't bother cleaning the place that well, they'll keep your security deposit no matter what. This place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The apartments are a great size, the amenities are immense, and the staff is above and beyond helpful. It’s a quiet community and everyone is super friendly. I am so excited to be a part of it.
The office staff is very nice ! The maintenance staff is wonderful, they are very helpful in getting things done right away.
Really great staff, the clubhouse is beautiful!
