I absolutely love living here. From my first decision to move from WV, Freedom Crossing checked everything off my list. Carmen was so helpful from beginning to end, and never hesitated to answer any questions I had regarding the move in process. The maintenance team is top notch. I love the single level living and the close proximity to everything you need in this area. Best decision ever......
Carmen & Missy (management) are the BEST, so helpful and always focused on leaning into problem solving / resolution and always supportive. Ben, Steve and Rich (maintenance engineers) always ready to go the extra mile to respond and address issues at hand. Friendly, professional, experienced and timely…they are the A-team.
Don't bother living here. First of all, you cannot look at the place before you move in. You have to take their word that it's heaven on earth. The water is shared by the entire unit, they will tell you different. If your vehicle does not fit into the tiny garage, they will ask you if you tried backing it in. What? Visitor parking is terrible. Tell your friends to come in one (small) car. When you vacate, don't bother cleaning the place that well, they'll keep your security deposit no matter what. This place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The apartments are a great size, the amenities are immense, and the staff is above and beyond helpful. It’s a quiet community and everyone is super friendly. I am so excited to be a part of it.
