Not a place I want to do business. Was pre approved for an auto loan and was told I needed to open an account online or go to a branch. I’m a full time bike commuter trying to get a car for the winter. At the counter she said I needed a Massachusetts ID (mine was out of state) so I went about asking if I could use a utility bill etc because she was kind of vague.
