The entire team is professional and very competent at their jobs. Dameon and Jordan are rockstars
Not a place I want to do business. Was pre approved for an auto loan and was told I needed to open an account online or go to a branch. I’m a full time bike commuter trying to get a car for the winter. At the counter she said I needed a Massachusetts ID (mine was out of state) so I went about asking if I could use a utility bill etc because she was kind of vague. Overall not a bad bank. Sucks they had to close the branch that's closer to me. Also change your lobby hours on here cause it shows you open at 8 when in fact you open at 9. Vehicle is to big to go through drive thru so had to wait outside for awhile
