This is the second time I’ve gone there on a Sunday and they weren’t open at 11. Today I waited with 5 other people for 20 minutes in the rain before I decided to go to another location.
Kevin was amazing…he is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to his customers. As he was assisting me with my dilemma many customers came to the store with minor problems and he greeted them by name and resolved their issues. Unfortunately he was unable to help me unlock my android phone as l did not have the proper password. As a result l have to figure out a way to retrieve my pictures and contacts. I believe Kevin has a great future in whatever career path he may pursue.
I recently upgraded my old iPhone 8 to a new iPhone 16 at Verizon Russell Cellular at Furlong Dr. in Revere. The associate who helped me was Kevin. I told him I wanted an iPhone 16. He gave me a pretty decent trade-in value for my old iPhone. But what really impressed me was that he didn’t try to sell the most expensive phone and showed me the most economical and lowest costing plans. Kevin made the process of upgrading and switching my and my son’s phones pleasant and easy. All of our info was transferred smoothly and I was in and out in thirty minutes. Kevin was very professional and friendly. Only slightly bad thing was that the air conditioning was not working and the store was super hot! I’m sure it’s fixed by now though as they were waiting for the technician to come and fix it that day..
