Kevin made the process of upgrading and switching my and my son’s phones pleasant and easy. All of our info was transferred smoothly and I was in and out in thirty minutes. Kevin was very professional and friendly. Only slightly bad thing was that the air conditioning was not working and the store was super hot! I’m sure it’s fixed by now though as they were waiting for the technician to come and fix it that day..

Had a great customer service experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He spent the time with us to untangle our messy apple account ( our fault ) The other reps were also very polite and patient. Would highly recommend
