This is where Mark accepts his rent for his rent houses, he also takes peoples deposits and never gives them back when promised even if the house is cleaner or better condition than we got it. He's a terrible person, who not only gives his word which means nothing but also feels he can disrespect his renter's. Terrible would not recommend this place for anything at all.
