Prompt and efficient!
Too expensive and lacking in attention to detail. The team was really nice and were good with my dogs. They cleaned bathrooms and most of the kitchen well, but when it came to dusting they missed a lot. I emailed the owner with my positive and negative feedback which contained a list of about 10 items that were missed or not done properly. Freedom Cleaners has the nicest staff who have a strong work ethic and who are the most thorough cleaners I have worked with. The company is easy to work with and sincerely interested in good customer service. They are my preferred cleaning company. I use them several times a year for move out cleans.
