Don't tell someone after they have made the appoint, and showed up the day of- that you want their vehicle for 5 days. If your backed up you could have said so when I called for the appointment. There are ten other dealers in this area I could have went to. Extremely poor service. And my unconnected box still hasn't been diagnosed absolute garbage 0 stars don't recommend.
