I called 3 times in one afternoon about service for my 2022 Ram and got put on neverending hold each time. If this is the level of service and professionalism they have, I'll keep getting my truck serviced near my office in Dallas. I usually buy new vehicles where I've serviced my previous one.
Bad service when you call to ask for parts
Went to this dealership while traveling through the area and needed immediate assistance with an issue on my truck. They got me in, reviewed the issue, and got me back out on the road, problem solved, within a couple hours. Excellent service, highly recommend, I would definitely go back here. Thank you.
