I spent close to $600 on curtains and the service I received in store was mostly rudeness and condescension. Should’ve shopped online.
Absolutely rude behaviour from the instore agent(one in particular) who was dealing with us. No courtsey , didnt have the right knowlwdge of shipping costs etc.She walked away from the desk while we were still discussing options and she just decided to walk away and never bothered to ask if we needed any other information. They just bringing such bad name to the business.
I've dealt with a salesperson named Justine who is extremely rude and treats customers with no courtesy or respect. I was interested in a product which I was prepared to purchase but took my business elsewhere purely because I did not want to reward her unprofessional behaviour.
