Guy was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help find the perfect solution for my needs. The desk is high quality and the wooden top looks incredible. Couldn't recommend him higher!
Our Tempur bed base had an issue with the massager at around 10 years old. Even though it was just outside warranty, the team still came through for us with one final service. The only issue we’ve had over the years has been the rubber retainers in the massage unit snapping, which may be worth improving. Aside from that, the base has lasted very well. Great customer service and much appreciated.
After spending an excessive amount of time scouring the internet for desks that would work for my really specific needs (catering to my back issues and leg length), I purchased a customised sit-stand desk through Guy at ErgoMotion and it’s been great! So happy with my new sit/stand desk. The price was very competitive and the quality is excellent. It's very unusual these days to have the level of human to human customer service Guy offered, from the time of ordering all the way to installation. Guy delivered my desk on time, put it together, set up my computer and tidied away the cables. Such a nice person, and a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
