I originally bought two E-desks in 2024 and both have been excellent to use. However, one of them has stopped going up and down and, despite following every advice from the Ergomotion website, it is still not working. Just rang and spoke with Guy and he potentially resolved the issue in a jiffy by promising to send out a part. He is extremely helpful and has great customer service! I recommend their product and their great service. Well done!
Really impressed with my desk and all the support received during the ordering and delivery process. The desk is really sturdy. The motion when adjusting the height is very smooth.

I contacted Ergomotion about a standing desk frame to suit my custom desktop. The options I had considered before Ergomotion provided very little detail about how they worked with custom desktops and their weight and width restrictions. Ergomotion helped me choose a frame that worked with the large dimensions of my desktop and also accommodated a rather tight delivery window.
