I was really excited to try Freedom Car Wash because my car badly needed a wash and there’s really no car washes around. The place looked old and outdated, which already made me uneasy. The machine sprayed soap on my car at least five different times, which seemed impressive at first…until I realized it never rinsed properly. I drove out with soap still covering my vehicle. Great experience! The owner was outside while I was there and he was incredibly kind and helpful. I will be back!
Ive been coming here almost every week or every other week since they opened and today I noticed my car was not even washed. I did the drive thru, which is touch-less(could be the problem), and my car was still dirty along with animals prints still on my hood.
