The welcome at the store, makes you want to purchase, Anette’s greeting sets the bar, a big smile and welcoming hello,as for the store manager they where all there for the love of the product, thank you team Freedom for great customer service. We will be back again.We went back the next day, the team where all different but the service was 11/10 again The store manager is doing a great job, picking great staff.

I had an amazing experience buying furniture and homewares from Cairns Freedom and I highly recommend! The store manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find in stock, and on sale items to furnish my apartment, and also put together a mood board. I didn't realise they gave complimentary interior design advice and are qualified to do so. It was game changing and the best customer service. Another victim here for the Cannes outdoor furniture. (I have just read more negative reviews below) Just on two years after purchasing a Cannes sofa package and it is now housed at the local tip. Not durable in any way despite being sold as 'outdoor' furniture. That's literally over $3000 thrown away. Have complained to Freedom and they have responded with the warranty does not apply because we use it at our airbnb which makes it 'commercial use' and that they have complied with Australian Consumer Law.
