Kind and pleasant to deal with.
Paid $4,173 in 2021 to join Freedom Boat Club. Boats were repeatedly unsafe — damaged propellers, broken depth finders and vessels not fit for open water. Club acknowledged the issues but did nothing to make it right. My membership was paused for 2 years with no refund, no accountability, and no updated terms to guarantee seaworthy or safe vessels. We had an issue with the first boat we took out small mechanical issue. People don't realize this, but if you owned a boat that's typical. Once again freedom boat took care of us put us on a new boat moved all of our gear. They even took the shrimp out of the live well and put it in the new boat. Remember boating is all mechanical and mechanical things break down. Freedom boat took care of the issue immediately .... Got to give the dock hands a high five they do great.
