This review is more for Freedom not the staff. We've been with them for about a year now and are on the highest plan at $400 a month. It's been proving difficult to get boats this summer when we need them. When we did get a reservation a month out, it got canceled due to maintenance. Frustrating that you can only have 1 open reservation at a time too so if you want to book say a friends birthday 2 months out, you then can't book any other weekend days. Wish there was more Freedom in Freedom Boat Club.
I stopped by to look at the boats but they were all banged up. It looked like somebody had vandalized the boats. They were that bad! I also found out that it takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks to book a boat for the weekends.
Brand new Tri-toon with a great stereo sound system along with wonderful help from the FBC team made this a excellent experience.
First time at this location, Brad was great help, answering all our questions and giving information on the area waterways and attractions. Definitely will go back with our friends and family.
