I had showed interest in the what the boat club was about. They sent me a couple texts and when I said I was wondering about the price, the response I received was rude and completely unprofessional. They said that I was already sent several emails, which I did not receive, and the fact that’s the only thing I wanted to know shows I probably can’t afford it anyway. They don’t know me or my financial situation. The response was completely unwarranted.
Went to the website and unable to obtain pricing there. Called and spoke to the first girl who clearly told me she did not really know anything about how the club works. She handed the phone off to a coworker who vaguely told me how he thinks some of the process works, but suggested that I call another girl with a 419 area code to obtain further info. When trying to decide if we were going to purchase another boat after a hiatus from boat ownership for a few years I stumbled across Freedom Boat Club of Greater Cincinnati and am delighted to say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in some time.
