This location is probably one of the most beautiful of the Freedom Boat Club locations in Ohio. Channel Park is of course the best. The staff here was amazing the boat was already ready and waiting for me. The river is stunning. The marina itself is amazing it's on a repurpose barge, how cool is that?
I had showed interest in the what the boat club was about. They sent me a couple texts and when I said I was wondering about the price, the response I received was rude and completely unprofessional. They said that I was already sent several emails, which I did not receive, and the fact that’s the only thing I wanted to know shows I probably can’t afford it anyway. They don’t know me or my financial situation. The response was completely unwarranted.
Went to the website and unable to obtain pricing there. Called and spoke to the first girl who clearly told me she did not really know anything about how the club works. She handed the phone off to a coworker who vaguely told me how he thinks some of the process works, but suggested that I call another girl with a 419 area code to obtain further info.
