We had returned with a boat of 7 adults and 3 children, as we were getting off the boat, with the help of another employee, a different employee was refueling the boat! The fumes were terrible !! Then he had a fuel spill!! One of the guest told him stop ! He spilled on one of the children. Maybe management should train employees not to fuel boat when people are on board , there may be a law already .
Like others have mentioned, we are reciprocal members from South Florida and have come to Dunham Bay for many years. They may have the best fleet of vessels in the entire Freedom system (think have tried many but not all). It’s a first class operation with brand new boats and a very helpful staff. Located on one of the World’s most beautiful lakes.
