Woodys behavior towards Grande Dunes residents & Marina memebers is Horrendous! My brother & i both have Yachts docked at Grande dunes. We saw a uniformed freedom boat club employee & inquired about membership. The employee "Woody' said we had to call the reservation #, my brother asked if he could tell us a little about the membership. Woody became outraged , walked aggressively into our personal space, spit was coming out his mouth and told us we were trespassing. Horrible customer service at Grande Dunes Marina location. Employee named Woody yelled and spit at us when inquiring about boat club membership.
I love being a member of the Freedom Boat Club. Karen and her crew are wonderful to work with. Enjoying a day right here on our own intercoastal is amazing seeing all the wildlife changing watercolor and the beautiful homes along the way is a wonderful experience. I have also used reciprocal Freedom boat , clubs In other state and those experiences were wonderful also. Rock on Freedom Boat Club.
Front office and deck hands were very pleasant. Pontoon was very clean, well-prepared, filled with gas, and ready to go when we arrived.
