Had an awesome experience at Freedom Boat Club thanks to Samantha! She got the boat ready, made sure all the safety gear was there, and even gave me some great tips on boating. Super friendly and really knows her stuff. Felt totally comfortable heading out — highly recommend!
Been a resident at bayfront since it was built and we always drop people from our boat on the dock, which is allowed. Mike Decarlo came out yelling at us for making a quick drop off on an empty dock, claiming it was “his dock” (it’s not). He seemed to get more offended when I could dock the boat without his help. For future reference apparently you can only drop off on the outside of the dock, not the inside, no matter how empty it is. Sorry for quickly dropping people off at “your dock” Mike!
I’ve been a resident of Bayfront since it was built 25 years ago. My family and I came in on boat, hoping to quickly drop myself and a few other family members off, intending to leave immediately afterward. We tried to pull in as close as possible so our elderly grandfather didn’t have to walk far. Mike DeCarlo, a staff member, handled the situation extremely poorly.
