Dock staff was excellent, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
FBC dock attendants are professional and very friendly. they all make sure we are spoiled each and every time.
Some of the off-shore boats are not very well cleaned or inspected they have faults that are brought to the dock staff both before and after use of boats. I feel the only way to correct such issues is to alert the staff working that day, although not much attention given to our complaints.
