Attempted to make a reciprocal reservation and was treated extremely unprofessional. No where in the agreement when I signed up for Freedom Boat Club did it say that only a certain percentage of reciprocals were alotted to a specific location but rather was told that only a specific number of reciprocals on my membership can be made. Not only did I try to make one out of my four reciprocal reservations via the system but every time I tried to waitlist a boat, my reservation was deleted.
