I recently had to get inpatient treatment for my mom and had to deal with a rep named, Brandi. I have never in my life encountered someone so unprofessional within a hospital setting. In front of me she took what sounded like a personal call and she was not quiet about it at all. I recently had an encounter with one of Freedom Behavioral’s marketers her name was Brandi Donovan. She was completely rude and unprofessional!! I would think a company would set expectations for their marketers to dress and look professional… this young lady had on blue jeans with holes in them. Her attitude is what ultimately made me choose a different hospital for my mom. This hospital really needs to address this!

I think the ladies name is Nicole Hart that I had an encounter with , she was absolutely awful , disrespectful, no hospitality , you would think with working in healthcare she would have some compassion but there is none in this woman.
