Got Jim from freedom over to deal with an absolute mess of a bathroom.. he sat down listened to everything we needed and added a few ideas and the magic began.. Tim the lead builder on the project amazing work the bathroom is just a dream and the bedrooms repainted with new wardrobe doors is fantastic.. I would not hesitate to use Freedom again in fact we are

No star rating for this company. From start to finish - my bathroom renovation was an absolute abortion. The owner is qualified but none of the subcontractors were. No final inspection, no guarantee after work is completed. I wouldn't recommend this company even if I was paid to do so. Don't be fooled by the service in the showroom - it does not follow through to the workers. After spending $35K, I now have to get in another contractor to fix the grouting, shower leaking, tiles uneven - pretty much everything.
Unfortunately I can't recommend Freedom Bathrooms and Renovations. The process was great up until the contract was signed and work commenced, then it went downhill fast. Project management was non-existent. Communication was extremely poor - it was mostly one sided with me making all contact to get status updates. We were never informed when contractors would be working so had people turn up without any notice. We had tilers turn up on a Sunday morning at 8.30am to work, without any notice.
