Scam artists. I switched to Rocket Mortgage and they didn't calculate the escrow refund properly. Took three calls to show them how to count for them to finally refund the proper amount. Bless you if Freedom is your lender.

They are horrible about sending you the same thing in the mail over and over. They always take their time with everything like they have all year. Never using them again.
