We loved the service at the store, especially the sales assistant Jô! We were very well received and assisted, and she managed to provide us with an amazing shopping experience!
We have just had a new lounge delivered a 2nd time (first one the colour didnt suit our decor) and just wanted to mention how very professional and understanding both Dean and Emma were though the whole process,We were in a real spot and they took the time to listen and help us find a solution! very much appreciated and we will definitely continue to recommend Freedom Balgowlah to all of our friends! really bad systems and customer service. made me sign up for their loyalty program twice cause they couldn't figure it out. 2 months later haven't received any info on my delivery that was supposed to have come by now and every time i call the store im told they are busy, and will call back and never do
