Disappointing would be putting it lightly Today we went to Balgowlah Freedom for a wardrobe consultation at supposedly one of their two flagship stores for wardrobes and kitchen in Sydney. To kick it all off the ‘designer’ arrived 15 minutes late and had no idea of any of the details I had provided freedom when I booked this consult over a month ago (this was the earliest appointment you can get on a weekend). Do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from Freedom especially if it says ‘online exclusive’. We ordered 2 bedside tables and one of them was a completely different table. After about 90 emails back and forth and 6 weeks of attempting to have this rectified they finally sent someone to collect the incorrect unit and replaced it, but the replacement was badly damaged. There is nobody to speak to besides a zen desk chat bot.
Bought a lamp from the store and when I came home and opened the box, the lamp was chipped and damaged. I emailed the store and asked for a replacement, which they were happy to do so, however have not revived the lamp or received any help for almost 2 months
I was served by Simon who was so lovely, patient and helpful - he took the time and went above and beyond to assist us with looking into beds - overall provided a great experience.
