Emma was fab to deal with. We were in the store a couple of times over the weekend to buy a new lounge (young kids in tow!) and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humour as a bonus. The store itself is big with a large range of furniture on display, which really helped us compare our options before purchasing.

Ordered two recliners 3 months ago and paid in full $4200 , signed a declaration and nominated the width of my front entrance door 780 mm , upon delivery it was soon realised the recliners were unable to fit through the narrow opening , and was advised by the delivery team and the delivery department if the recliners do not fit I would be given a full refund , also that I would be contacted by freedom Balgowlah on Monday , Tuesday afternoon I rang the store myself was answered by a lady named Joe , she very quickly advised m... read more

SHOPPERS BEWARE: Overpriced Garbage and Non-Existent Warranty Support Avoid Freedom Furniture at all costs. They are peddling cheap, low-quality imports and masquerading as a reputable retailer. The moment their subpar manufacturing inevitably fails, they will aggressively deny your warranty claim and completely wash their hands of any accountability. Went in yesterday to purchase some new furniture and we were assisted by Jo. She was extremely helpful and she knew everything about all the furniture and mattresses we were looking at. She was so patient and lovely! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had across any retailer. Head into store and ask for Jo and you’ll walk away with everything you need. Such a stress free and fun shopping experience.

They have nice couches however I would avoid purchasing stock that is stored overseas with Freedom. We had to wait 3 months for the delivery to arrive from overseas only to realise they had accidentally ordered the wrong colour. We then had to wait another 3 months for the correct colour couch to arrive and for them to swap it over. So 6 months waiting for our couch. We paid extra for the warranty with Guardsman and unfortunately got a stain on the couch so we had to call them. We sent them emails and followed up for months ... read more
